ShipShopShack LLC

These terms apply when you communicate with ShipShopShack LLC ("we", "us"), including through our text messaging program and our website. ShipShopShack LLC provides administrative, communications, and technology services in connection with real estate rental services provided through the applicable licensed real estate brokerage.
1. Text messaging program
By giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you, or by texting us first, you agree that we may send you text messages about your inquiry, showings, applications, and paperwork, including replies to your questions, viewing scheduling and reminders, notices of available apartments that match your request, and follow-up on applications and documents. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
2. Message frequency and costs
A few messages a month, plus replies to anything you send us. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
3. Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You may get one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at asher@wilhelmproperties.com. If you opt out and later want texts again, reply START.
4. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
5. Call recording
Phone calls with us may be recorded for quality, training, documentation, and compliance purposes. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before recording.
6. Information about you
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Our Privacy Policy is available at: https://wilhelmproperties.com/privacy.
7. No guarantee
Information we send by text or otherwise, such as apartment availability, prices, and program eligibility, can change and is not a guarantee of any apartment, rent, approval, or outcome. Acceptance of any application is decided by the owner and the relevant housing program.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
