The Wilhelm Group at Voro is a New York City rental brokerage built specifically for landlords and property owners. Founded in 2024, we specialize in two core areas: voucher-based rental placement and market-rate leasing. Our dedicated teams understand the distinct demands of each, from navigating CityFHEPS and Section 8 paperwork to marketing competitive market-rate units across all five boroughs.

Beyond placement, we operate a specialized subsidy expediting service that helps landlords recover missing payments, process rent increases, and manage the administrative friction that erodes rental income. We liaise directly with city agencies so our clients can focus on their properties rather than paperwork.

We built the NYC Landlord Resource Center to share what we have learned. Every guide is written by our team, reviewed against official agency sources, and updated on a regular schedule. Our goal is to give NYC landlords clear, current, and practical information they can act on with confidence, whether they manage a single unit or a portfolio of buildings.
