- Contact details you give us, such as your name, phone number, and email address.
- Information about the apartment search or rental you ask us about, such as your preferences, budget, voucher or program type, and scheduling.
- The content of text messages, calls, and voicemail between you and us. Phone calls may be recorded, as described in our Terms.
- Basic technical information about how you use our website or tools, such as device and browser type.
2. How we use it
- To reply to your messages and calls.
- To schedule and confirm apartment viewings and send reminders.
- To tell you about available apartments that match what you asked for.
- To process rental applications and follow up with you, owners, and housing program caseworkers involved in your case.
- To keep records and meet our legal obligations.
3. Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages about your inquiry, showings, applications, and paperwork. Message frequency is a few messages a month, plus replies to anything you send us. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. We do not sell your phone number.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) the applicable licensed real estate brokerage and its associated real estate professionals, to the extent needed to provide the requested real estate services; (b) service providers who help us run our business, such as our messaging and phone provider, who may use the information only to provide services to us; (c) property owners, property managers, and housing program staff involved in your rental, to the extent needed to carry it out; and (d) authorities when required by law.
5. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
6. Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. For any other privacy question or request, contact us using the details below.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
