The Wilhelm Group (ShipShopShack LLC, 750 Lefferts Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203) sends text messages to people who have inquired about an apartment, about showings, applications, documents and scheduling.
How you opt in
(a) By phone: when you call us, our staff ask before sending any text: "Can we text you about your apartment inquiry? These are texts from The Wilhelm Group about showings, applications and paperwork, a few texts a month plus replies to anything you send us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out or HELP for help. Is that okay?" You agree by saying yes. Our calls are recorded and the recording is kept as our record of your consent. If you say no, we do not text you.
(b) By texting us first: if you text one of our business numbers, we reply only about your inquiry.
Message frequency
A few messages a month, plus replies to anything you send us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of renting or buying anything.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
